    We Are Hiring!!! **SIGN ON BONUS*** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Actively promote Safety as the Company’s top priority. Implement and maintain company safety program with the help of Safety Director. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Electrical Industry, and ability to prepare bids/pricing in collaboration with the estimating team. Ensure on time, or ahead of time delivery of construction projects, solve problems and prioritize execution. Ability to evaluate construction, electrical one lines, drawings Evaluate, negotiate and process change orders, submittals and RFIs Provide clear, concise direction to trades helping prioritize efficient build-out Coordinate with the trades to sequence work adequately Troubleshoot, walk down, and resolve issues that arise from the field Quickly respond to queries and resolve any technical barriers to completion Continually build, develop and grow relationships with general contractors, vendors, subcontractors and field personnel throughout entire process to ensure success of the project Develop templates and standards for future phases/projects Responsible for developing and growing the management, supervision, and skilled workforce within the Company. Maintain, monitor, and look for continuous improvement in all aspects of safety, quality, customer service and productivity. Focus on core employee retention and reducing turnover by maintaining a high level of employee engagement. Work closely with the HR department to ensure all employee issues and concerns are handled effectively. Coordinate with all departments to ensure all company policies & procedures are being followed.   Qualifications: Currently or recently working for an Electrical Contractor. 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician 3+ years of Project Management experience Capable of running projects $1M+ Capable of managing a team of electricians Must have working proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-based software Have the ability to manage numerous construction project assignments
