Each week we recognize and employee who embodies Service Excellence. This week's nominee is Senior Specialist of Collateral Based Solutions, Lyndon Henriques. Lyndon has been instrumental in the development of a workflow logic tool that helps support our organization. He assisted with pre and post production activities to ensure accuracy and maximum utilization of the tool.  

Jan Reniel Atendido is this week’s Service Excellence nominee. He was one of the top performers on the Quality Assurance Team in both January and February, and his dedication to excellence inspires others to perform at his level. In addition to his day-to-day tasks, Jan assists the team with quality control and demonstrates an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. He exemplifies the definition of a “team player,” by always willing to lend a helping hand and by sharing his expertise to support his team members.

Sunny Verma is this week’s Service Excellence team member. Sunny consistently goes beyond his day-to-day responsibilities taking on additional work to improve the performance of the team. He is great at identifying reporting issues, coordinates efforts to resolve problems, digs in with FHA due diligence to improve timelines, and prepares extensive detailed chronologies for our investors. We are proud to have Sunny on our team and we are a better department because of Sunny and his dedication.

This week, we would like to highlight Balwant Gehlot who consistently provides exceptional service to our homeowners by displaying knowledge, professionalism, and attentiveness. He listens intently, empathizes sincerely, and responds with tailored solutions to address the homeowner’s unique situation. Balwant anticipates challenges before they arise, providing the homeowner with assistance and guidance to ensure the best possible outcome. Thank you Balwant for demonstrating true Service Excellence!

Each week, we recognize an employee for service excellence. Taylor Adams, AMP, a Correspondent Lending Regional Sales Executive, has accomplished a lot so far this year. Taylor was a top salesperson in Correspondent Lending in Q1. In addition, Taylor has been instrumental in helping to create training materials for clients and the sales team, which are now used throughout our CL group.

Each week, we will be recognizing an employee for service excellence. Bernice Gerosaga, a Senior Specialist in our Home Retention Department, consistently puts the homeowner first and ensures that they understand their options. Bernice recently received a Stella rating of 5 from a homeowner who commented, "She explained everything I needed to know." Congrats Bernice!

As we do each Memorial Day, Ocwen is making a donation to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund in recognition of the courage and selflessness of those who lost their lives in military service. This organization helps United States military personnel fighting the invisible wounds of war – traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress – by building world-class, advanced treatment centers, enabling them to continue to serve on active duty and to enjoy a productive life. To those of you who have served in our nation’s armed forces, thank you for your service.   We would also like to wish our borrowers, clients, vendors and employees a safe and relaxing Memorial Day weekend!
