What is something you're truly proud of creating in the first half of 2024? For my team at Phase2 and our partner Acquia, one of the highlights was executing our "The Future of Digital Healthcare" event featuring Phase2 CEO Jeff Walpole, Acquia CTO and Co-founder Dries Buytaert, and Acquia SVP, DXP & AI Deanna Ballew. This trio covered a ton of ground during their one hour discussion, but some of my biggest takeaways were: ✅ Finding uses of AI for automating things that create more time for clinicians to do the job we need from them and less time on administration ✅ Implementing digital processes that improve key patient and provider friction points which are based on a total experience view (patient and clinician) ✅ Balancing the tension between privacy and personalization for patients ✅ Understanding that accessibility isn't just a compliance requirement – it's a fundamental aspect of creating inclusive digital experiences.
