Want to know something amazing? When I am consulting, I meet some of the most amazing people taking care of long-term care residents! These DONs, ADONs, nurses, doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse aides, physical therapists/physical therapy assistants, dieticians, and so many other professions do an incredible job and need to be recognized for their contributions more often. I am so honored and blessed to be able to work in an environment of such incredible people, playing a role in the care of these residents.
