We closed out the month of May with 88 bags of product donated directly to pets in need — that's $3,000+ worth of product! You chose for May’s donation partner to be Ho'ola Dog Rescue, an LA-based rescue dedicated to rehabilitating homeless dogs in need from the streets of Mexico. Many of which have extreme medical needs and require intensive care. On May 29th we promised to donate one bag of Edibites for every purchase made. Hundreds of rescue animals have equitable access to plant-based products because of the passionate pet parents that make up the Pet Releaf family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you 💚. As part of our participation with the U.S. Hemp Roundtable, Paul Gennings was back in Washington D.C. advocating for pets' continued access to hemp-based products. Yesterday he met One-Eyed Winnie, in Rep. Jason Crow’s office, Pet Releaf’s District Representative (6th District of CO). Congressman Crow is one of our biggest champions and supporters of hemp in Congress. This is the second year we have met with his senior staffer, Peter Trapp who has shown tremendous support for our cause. The Congressman always has a picture of the dogs present in the office on his door. Truly the best partner we could hope for. Winnie is a rescue from a puppy mill and had 3 litters before the age of 5. She has one eye (obviously) and was the sweetest, happiest, little nugget on earth.
