UAS Range Manager Darryl Abling and UAS Range Operations Specialist Eric Smidt tell us about the process to get a customer onto the Range's COA and begin flying. For aircraft under 55 pounds, this process is very quick and easy. If the aircraft is over 55 pounds, the process can take 2-4 weeks. This process can also start before you get here, allowing you to begin testing as soon as you arrive.
