We use Pulse For Good's on-site kiosks & mobile surveys to collect feedback from the people we serve--and we're proud of our consistently high ratings! Pulse For Good just released their Peer Report for the second quarter of 2024 and Pathways finished FIRST in Pulse for Good’s overall industry ranking of 56 organizations! We also ranked FIRST in customer satisfaction in a peer group ranking of 6 organizations! This is what drives us. This is what matters most to Pathways of Hope—providing the best possible service to the community we serve.

The City of Fullerton is one of our key partners in our work to help those experiencing hunger, housing instability and homelessness 🤝 and so we were delighted to host staff from the City on a tour of the HUB of Hope’s operations. �� The HUB of Hope has played a critical role here in Fullerton since first opening its doors in 1997, acting as a single point-of-contact where those in need can access our array of Community Based Services like our food pantry program and homelessness prevention services. We’re so proud to serve the Fullerton community and we greatly appreciate the City of Fullerton’s support! 🙏

🤝 Thank you to the Pacific Life Foundation for granting Pathways funds for the operation of our food pantry at the HUB of Hope!   And thank you for hosting us—and so many other great Orange County nonprofits—at the Pacific Life Foundation’s Grants Reception in Newport Beach, emceed by the Foundation’s Senior VP Tennyson Oyler!   Did you know the Pacific Life Foundation is in its 40th year of giving back to the community by providing grant funds to charitable organizations? 💪 In fact, the Pacific Life Foundation invested nearly $9 million in 2023 in food security, financial education, arts & culture, health services & other areas of community development—much of that right here in OC! Plus, 2,300 Pacific Life employees volunteered over 13,000 hours to 170 nonprofits!   🎉Congratulations to Community Action Partnership of Orange County on receiving the Pacific Life Foundation’s prestigious Community Service Award!
