Juan Carlos joined the Park West Family five years ago and we are so thankful he did! Juan started working in the industry as a high schooler during his breaks and summers. When he finished school, he pivoted to the restaurant industry, only to return to landscape in 2011. Fast forward to 2019, Juan had just earned his bachelor's degree in administration from the University of Redlands just before joining the Park West Team. Five years into his career here, he is an Account Manager, running the biggest portfolio at his branch. Juan exudes all our core values, but the one that stands out the most is PASSIONATE. He is always pushing himself to ensure that we provide the best service and that their experience is unmatched. Juan believes in everything he does and takes pride in his work, day in and day out. Pam joined the family 15 years ago as an Administrator for Tracy Ryder, learning the ins and outs of office support and construction job flow, where her true passion for being a Park West employee began. Over time, her contributions to the construction team supported her advancement to the role of Contract Manager. Pam is extremely RELIABLE to our Customer Relations Team, and we can all depend on her when strategizing on the innovation of our processes. She is always honest and straightforward with feedback when we need it the most. Pam has been a part of Park West’s growth, giving her the opportunity to have her hands on many things that help keep us compliant and paid. She is also a very ACCOUNTABLE employee and person, always taking responsibility for tasks she maintains and accomplishes what she says she will. Over the last several years, Pam has been a part of countless construction jobs- from setting them up, to maintaining insurance, licensing, and managing our subcontractors, Pam continues to play a key role through the duration of projects and provides Customer Relations the support needed.
