Corey began his journey with Park West as an Irrigation Technician at Terranea and because of his hard work, Terranea thrived, along with some of our other key accounts. Corey didn’t stop there; he saw an opportunity to grow and eventually transferred to MSA to become an Account Manager. His effortless leadership and strong work ethic made him a perfect fit for Branch Manager, which is the role he holds today. Corey has done a tremendous job running MSA, ensuring that his team is connected and that his customers are happy.   Corey has been involved in a variety of large projects that brought Maintenance and Construction together (#BetterTogether); whether it was early in his career focusing on our accounts in Los Angeles, working alongside both Maintenance and Construction in Orange County, Corey is an amazing leader and asset to both business units.   Corey is RELIABLE- anything that needs to be completed, Corey is on it! His reliability carries into how he leads his branch and his employees.    Corey, thank you for an outstanding 15 years! In 1999, Park West was in need of a construction mechanic for our San Diego region and by providence, we found John Betters. Because of his high skill level and knowledge of all things construction, he was promoted to Service Manager in San Diego. But John didn’t stop there! He went on to oversee the entire fleet as Corporate Fleet Manager, before later being tasked with organizing the Construction, Maintenance, and Arbor branches in San Deigo. When a need came up in the Inland Empire, John gladly moved to become the Service Manager- the role he holds today. John has vast knowledge of the Landscape Construction industry and has a tremendous ability to oversee all construction assets, including purchasing, servicing, and repairing our fleet. He is invaluable in his ability to handle all our business units as well. John not only does he run the Inland Empire Region, but he also helps oversee Las Vegas and San Jose. John has always done everything that Park West has asked of him, which led to him being rewarded with the Prestigious 2023 Westerner of The Year. John is very PASSIONATE about Park West and helping others. He helped shape the Fleet Department into what it is today. John truly goes above and beyond what is asked of him and would do anything for Park West. Thank you for a remarkable 25 years, John! We appreciate all you have done and continue to do each day. Ten years ago, Joely came to Park West as a Sales Executive. Because of her way with people, deep knowledge of the property management industry, and joyful attitude, she was moved into a Customer Experience position, where she continued to excel. Years later, she was approached with something new- joining the Talent Team. Joely made an incredible impact and helped lay a lasting foundation for both the team and all Park West employees. She then returned to Customer Experience and continues to amaze us with her new and innovative ways to connect with our customers. Joely’s PASSION for our customers and the Park West Family is one of her greatest strengths.
