We're elated to announce that our very own National Sales Manager, Mike Leeming, has struck another impressive deal! This time, Mike's expertise and dedication led him to Emerald Textiles, a premier Linen and Laundry Service Provider in Commerce, CA. Emerald Textiles is a leader in the Western United State in Hospital linen, This Condensing Hot Water unit is a perfect application to heat the 5,000 gallon tempered water to no more than 115°F, which is perfect temperature to break down the enzymes in stains (like blood for example) that would become permanent at higher initial temperature. Mike successfully sold an outdoor TCA2000L Condensing Hot Water Boiler and accessories as well as the 5 other Parker 48 HP Low NOx Steam Boilers and Deaerator Tank.

Parker Boiler proudly supplied a pharmaceutical company in the San Francisco Bay Area with a package comprising of (9) 9.5HP Low NOx Steam Boilers along with our advanced Parkerview Lead Lag System. Our custom Parkerview Lead Lag System equipped with a 10.4in touchscreen can monitor the system setpoint while staging the boilers to meet the load requirements. We are able to monitor and control boilers, pumps and isolation valves.

The CSULB Central Plant provides a large portion of the campus with chilled and heating water. There are 10 Parker Model T-6800LR Hot Water Boilers which incorporate a Low NOx Premix Metal Fiber Burner System. The boilers are equipped with stack heat reclaimers which makes for an ultra Low NOx High Efficiency Boiler Plant. The distribution consists of 9 miles of underground piping to connect the various buildings to the Plant. The heating system incorporates primary, secondary, and tertiary pumps to satisfy building demands. Kent Peterson was the lead Engineer and is responsible for the design and installation was performed by Amelco. The original NOx level required was 30 PPM however that dropped to 12 PPM which was achieved. The system was been well taken care of by the Engineering Team at CSULB. Almost no repairs have been needed in these 27 years.
