Durante il Covid si è visto un aumento del 400% della domanda su tutte le piattaforme, con un calo post Covid. During last night's Coppa Italia final, Everli, the main Italian operator for home shopping, went on air using 3 innovative 15-second spots featuring a full-screen QR code, one of the first formats of this type on Italian television. The ads were played a moment before the kick-off, at the end of the first half and at the beginning of the second half. The QR code allowed viewers to access a page where they could request a discount code for their purchases. Congratulations on the amazing job Everli team 👏

From France to Poland, Everli needed more than just delivery drivers. Customer service is key for their frontline workforce in fulfilling grocery orders, swapping in replacements, and communicating with customers all the way to final delivery. Hiring at scale was a big, manual task—especially post-pandemic. To date, Everli's hired over 15,000 shopper drivers with Fountain across Europe.
