Today, Oxco proudly hosted the monthly York County SC Safety Council Meeting. This is the first in-person meeting the council has conducted since early 2020. We were able to showcase our OSHA SHARP certification program and our proactive company-wide safety observation program. Safety is a top priorty for Oxco and it's an honor to be able to share best practices with our industry neighbors! #safetyfirst #yorkcounty

Celebrating Oxco Heritage Day! Last week the Oxco team celebrated our rich diversity by hosting our 1st Annual Oxco Heritage Day. Our employees felt a need to celebrate our diversity in a fully inclusive way, all at one time, and it was fantastic! The team chose to focus on food and music. With employees representing VietNam, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Italy, India, and many regions of the US, scrumptious dishes were served we learned a lot about each other's heritage. We also celebrated Oxco's heritage with a table focused on a walk down memory lane to the first apartment where Jeff and Erich started the company and all the subsequent company locations over the last 29 years. In the background, a playlist of music representing all of the countries and/or states from which our employees hail, played throughout the day. We truly appreciate our Owners, Jeff, Erich and C.T. and this rich, talented Oxco team!
