The Baker Lab and Institute for Protein design continue to lead the way in new protein design technologies that are changing how we develop therapeutics for patients. Outpace Bio uses ML-guided protein design as a core part of our platform to develop curative anticancer cell therapies. We are using these approaches to design better cytokines, autonomous regulators that reprogram cell fate decisions, and optimal components that improve potency, specificity, and safety. These new protein design capabilities are allowing us to design hugely impactful proteins with unprecedented speed and success that we then incorporate into our cell therapies.
