Happy 3rd birthday, NIL. I was entering my junior year at Syracuse University when legislation was passed. NIL was a new opportunity for athletes. It was a new opportunity for businesses. But what about for college students to get their foot in the door of the sports industry? That's how I saw it, at least. Fast forward 3 years, it's unbelievable how much we've learned and adapted at Out2Win Sports.
