About us
At O.C.H.S. we are implementing a concentrated effort for providing patient care, oversight, research, and ultimately a change of the trajectory of health in Our Community. We have started our movement with a strategy to incrementally decrease the 60% of yearly preventable deaths from High blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes in Our Community. From our highly sought Board of Advisors, our team of medical elites, to our health-focused and committed administration; we are dedicated health-minded professionals FROM ‘our community,’ caring FOR ‘our community.’ We are not just a company, we are a movement for Our health, because Our lives truly matter.
