I'd like to introduce you to Kimberlee, one of our dedicated 1:1 nurses in Miami-Dade. Kimberlee has been working with the same student for two years and has been requested to return for another school year. Kimberlee excels in her role, providing exceptional care to her student during school hours. Beyond her nursing duties, she has also significantly contributed to the school community. At the beginning of the school year, she volunteered her time to help with fundraisers and decorating, which led to her being nominated as the PTA President. Kimberlee was honored during the end-of-year award ceremonies for her "Unwavering Support and Dedication as PTA President." Join us in celebrating Speech-Language-Hearing Month by spotlighting our incredible Speech-Language Pathologist, Kailey Recknagel! 🗣️💬🧠 "Since I am a tele-therapist for Las Vegas, I felt a photo of me at The Neon Museum would be fitting :) I'm passionate about advocating for my students, supporting their needs in the schools via collaboration with teachers, and making sure that parents also take part in the therapy process. Our students' best outcomes are when we work as a team to identify their needs and work on the things that most directly impact their communication function in a way that's meaningful to them. I appreciate how Orange Tree Staffing has supported me in my tele-therapy journey so that I can do the job I love from home."

Happy Nurses Week! 💙 Her Story: "I had four kids starting at the age of 21 and had some hardships along the way. I started a bachelors program in 2014 and three years later I was one semester from graduating and the school closed. I then challenged the board with the credits I had and got my LPN license. I am now currently in school to become an RN once again and show my kids that you should always follow your dream no matter what obstacle is put in your way. My passion has always been helping others especially kids which is why I have so many little ones of my own. I love what I do and wouldn’t trade it for any other career. "

Join us in celebrating the dedication, expertise, and impact of our incredible professionals as they empower individuals to communicate, connect, and thrive. 🗣️�� "I relocated to Florida after 35 years of running my private practice in speech/language pathology in Illinois where I established lifelong relationships with my clients and their families and school teams. When I moved to Florida, I knew I wanted to work very part time and enjoy semi-retirement, while also continuing to help children with communication needs. Fortunately, Orange Tree Staffing was able to find a very part time position within the school district that allowed me to support children and staff in a local school. My passion has always been autistic children and adults and their families and educational teams, and this position has been perfect for me! Thank you, OTS!"
