He enjoyed being a team member of the men’s volleyball team while earning a degree in accounting. Prior to joining Oneida ESC Group, JT has spent the last five years in the grocery industry, gaining experience with a unique business model. He is looking forward to the challenges of the new position as Project Accountant and being introduced to a new industry.   Outside of work hours, JT is an avid volleyball player, volleyball coach, and pickleball player. Tiffany has worked with OESC’s various departments and affiliates over the last year and a half to deliver outstanding and collaborative proposal support throughout the procurement lifecycle, including leveraging SharePoint for proposal development. She consistently provides mentorship within the Marketing Group and across all departments to increase communication and self-efficacy among colleagues. Tiffany brings 15 years of experience in proposal support coupled with 10 years of project management experience. She also leverages her doctorate in Educational Psychology in Adult Learning to foster a supportive and inclusive environment promoting collaboration and team success. MILWAUKEE, WI / Oneida ESC Group is pleased to welcome Esin Pektas, PE, RA, AIA, as our new Vice President of Engineering and Design Services. Esin is a licensed structural/civil engineer, registered architect, and a seasoned construction manager with over 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. She has managed large-scale AEC programs for both large and small AEC firms as well as the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and has directed numerous large, interdisciplinary engineering design teams. She most recently served as a member of the leadership team for the Port Authority, responsible for major cap projects totaling over $10B, including such iconic projects as the World Trade Center campus; the Perelman Performing Arts Center; and the Midtown Bus Terminal. MILWAUKEE, WI / We are pleased to welcome Michael Piel, QA/QC Engineer, to our Engineering and Design Services group. Michael is a recent graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering in May. Prior to his academic achievements, Michael served in the United States Air Force for 10 years as a vehicle maintenance specialist, honing his skills as a car mechanic. His military career took him to various bases around the world, including Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Kunsan AB in South Korea, Ramstein AFB in Germany, and Lackland AFB in San Antonio. Originally from Concord, CA, near San Francisco, Michael brings a diverse background and a wealth of hands-on experience to his engineering career. His time in the Air Force not only provided him with technical expertise but also instilled a strong work ethic and a global perspective. In August, Michael plans to join the Title II team in Misawa, Japan, where he looks forward to contributing his skills and knowledge to new challenges and opportunities in mechanical engineering.
