We have seen an uptick in interest in all electric kitchens for restaurants. It's definitely a step in the right direction when it comes to working to get to zero emissions in the fight for climate control.
In response to the global fight against climate change, a growing number of restaurants are adopting initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Chipotle has taken a significant step by introducing an all-electric restaurant design, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and exclusively utilizing renewable energy from wind and solar sources. Similarly, Wendy's has made strides in Florida, powering ten of its company-owned restaurants with renewable energy and aiming to quadruple this figure by 2025. These environmentally-friendly efforts not only contribute to sustainability but also lead to cost savings for restaurant operators. https://lnkd.in/eZyg3abu
