The future of farming is finally here! Today marks an important milestone for all of us at Oishii. We’ve launched our smartest, most technologically advanced farm yet, Amatelas. Named after the mythical Japanese sun goddess, our new farm relies on a 50-acre solar field for energy, and supports more growing levels than ever before. The farm also leverages state-of-the-art robotics for efficient harvesting and a multi-million dollar water purification system, which allows us to recycle most of the water we use in cultivation.
