We wrapped up our most recent conference last week, looking at how technology can assist our work as Nurses and Nurse Leaders. We had over 300 nurse leaders talking about the future of our workforce in Florida, creating connections and growing our networks, all while we shared the newest tech solutions in our field. Two magical days with healthcare colleagues! ✨ While Carlo and I go to various conferences, last weekend’s conference by the Nursing Consortium of Florida was one of the best eye-opening conferences we attended! The topic of disruptive innovation especially in nursing should be part of our continuous conversation and nurses should learn not only to embrace technology but to be involved by setting the table for our stakeholders regarding these topics. It has not been too long since Carlo and I learned about the Nursing Consortium, but we fell in love with it for the first time!
