I'm excited to share that I recently joined Noya, as Head of Programs. I’ll be wrangling our first field deployment, which will be built in 2024, taking our Direct Air Capture technology from lab to real-world conditions, and proving its viability. This is a complex, multidisciplinary project that includes chemistry, electrical and mechanical engineering, software and data analysis, concrete, sheet metal, wires, sensors, fans, valves, and motors, and a whole lot of sweat and human effort.
I’ll be working with world-class people doing something that hasn’t been done before. If we get it right, we win for the company, and for our climate future. (Bonus - we're right here in Oakland!)
It sure seems worth doing, and I feel privileged to be able to.
You haven’t heard the last from me on this. I’ll need help, now and throughout this process. I know that, collectively, my network can move mountains. I also know I can lean on you all to find the resources I need, and that the company needs, to get the job done.
Speaking of which, we’re hiring!
