Reminder! NAH is offering FREE 12-week beginner Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention classes. The next series is starting on July 1! When? On Mondays and Wednesdays at 2 p.m. located at The Montoya Senior Center, 245 N. Thorpe Rd., Flagstaff What is Tai chi? Tai chi can help improve joint pain, balance, strength and flexibility. Fall risk can be associated with muscle weakness, poor balance, pain, poor flexibility and lack of confidence when moving.
