  • We're Hiring! North Coast Therapy Associates has provided high-quality occupational therapy services to charter schools and school districts in Northeast Ohio for nearly 40 years. We strive to empower children, educators, parents, and therapists to maximize their potential for learning, success, and joy. We are looking for a school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the upcoming school year! As a school-based OT with NCTA, you will have the opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and families to enhance students' academic and personal accomplishments. You will collaborate with the school staff to identify and address students' needs, implement individualized treatment plans, and utilize strategies that promote skill-building and independence. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children, a strong dedication to improving student outcomes, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
