Norman Regional Hospital now features a “combined entry” with a large circle drive, just like an airport drop-off area. This expanded entrance improves accessibility and visibility for patients and visitors, offering ample space for drop-offs and pick-ups. Plus, you'll get to enjoy the added convenience of our complimentary valet services. Our new 750-car parking garage, located on the northeast side of the entry, enhances convenience for everyone. Additional parking is also available near the Women’s and Children’s Pavilion, by the hospital pond for Cancer Center patients, and close to the Emergency Room and Ambulatory Care Center entrance. Grab some free food in the roundabout entrance at our Family Fun Fest before heading inside for tours! You'll get a glimpse at our commitment to convenience and accessibility firsthand. Their paper, "Reducing Staffing Agency Utilization Through an Optimal Workforce Solution Design" examines the effectiveness of their proposed solution in reducing our reliance on staffing agencies while maintaining workforce flexibility and cost competitiveness, which ultimately saved the health system $10M in a span of one year. Last month, we, along with our partners OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center and Manhattan Construction, celebrated a major milestone with the Topping Out Ceremony for the new cancer care facility at our HealthPlex campus. Set to open in summer 2025, this 50,000-square-foot center will double our infusion services capacity and provide state-of-the-art oncology care, clinical trials, and support services. We are proud to bring advanced, research-driven cancer care to Norman and south central Oklahoma. Together, we're ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care close to home!
