About us
The New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness (NJOHSP) leads and coordinates New Jersey’s counterterrorism, cybersecurity, and emergency preparedness efforts while building resiliency throughout the State. The office is led by Director Laurie Doran and comprised of four Divisions: Intelligence and Operations, Preparedness, New Jersey Cybersecurity and Integration Cell and Administration. The Office is primarily based out of Hamilton with a satellite office in Newark. The Office is designated as the State Administrative Agency (SAA) for all federal homeland security and preparedness funding. Governor Tahesha Way visited the NJCCIC for a Primary Election Day security briefing with local, State and federal partners, including the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Vigilance and ongoing election security efforts are crucial to secure and maintain the integrity of democratic processes.
