Nimaya, a non-profit organisation co-founded by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, works on closing the gender and privilege inequity in the workplace. This stems from a firm belief that every woman should have an equal opportunity to cultivate her dreams and build an inspirational career. Nimaya’s career accelerator identifies women from restrictive circumstances, and centers on closing the divide between the education they've received and the dynamic demands of the industry. Through our immersive training program, we nurture vital soft and life skills, provide one-on-one mentoring, and offer insightful masterclasses with top professionals. Industry visits and the chance to explore emerging technologies further enable these young women by enhancing their exposure. Our unwavering commitment extends to supporting their placement, and actually transforming dreams into tangible accomplishments in the professional realm.

3000+ young women from Lucknow applied to participate in "The Smart Fellowship: Workplace skills for success" program. Through immersive learning tools and behavioural simulations, the selected 1000 smart naaris will master 7 essential soft skills & 3 digital skills which empowers them to thrive alongside artificial intelligence and achieve success in the new world of work. The training program was kicked off at a grand launch where speakers like Ashoka CSBC's Dr Pavan Mamidi and Dr Sharon Barnhardt, Youth Icon Prajakta Koli, Masterchef Pooja Dhingra, Businessworld's Dr Annurag Batra and Entrepreneur Smita Vaish Agarwal delivered keynote sessions. The Smart Fellowship powered by Escorts Kubota Limited, an initiative by Workverse, and advised by Nimaya Foundation in partnership with colleges, ITIs, and Polytechnics across Gurugram, Faridabad, and Bahadurgarh came to end impacting the lives of 750+ young women learners!!
