NIH is committed to improving the health of all Americans. To this end, NIH has issued a draft policy proposal to improve access to medical products developed from NIH-owned inventions. The proposed policy would apply to NIH-owned inventions that result from research conducted by NIH’s own scientists within its Intramural Research Program. We are seeking input from the public on the proposal and the potential license agreement language. Deadline for input is on 7/22/24. https://go.nih.gov/rAdwXCV
