These past couple of weeks, NextUp teamed up with Rutgers Business School - New Brunswick students in their Foundations of Business class.  Approximately 200 students across 3 sections of classes needed guidance for navigating today's recruiting world. In order to best prepare the freshmen students for their upcoming career fair, NextUp members provided advice and support on how to translate their skills into a professional resume and tell their story best in front of a recruiter! NextUp members had a great time connecting with and teaching the Rutgers students and are looking forward to future collaborations.  A special thank you to all of our volunteers!
