Back in early 2023, our team could see from the ColdTrace data platform that many of our vaccine monitoring devices had stopped sending data. That meant our technology was not fully delivering on its promise to provide Ministries of Health with an end-to-end view of vaccine cold chain performance. To tackle this challenge, our in-country teams quickly mobilized, visiting health facilities, troubleshooting offline devices, and reinforcing training on RTM data use. Within a few months, we were able to restore nearly 90% of devices to active status, ensuring that our partner countries have the tools to protect vaccine potency.
