NJRC is a nonprofit agency with a social mission to remove all barriers to employment for court involved individuals.
About us
The New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC) is a non-profit agency with a social mission to remove all barriers to employment for court involved individuals. The NJRC is premised on the ambition to create an environment which promotes pro-social norms amongst court involved individuals, encouraging the establishment of attachments to positive rehabilitative cultures, strengthening bonds among peers who promote positive norms and values, and promoting family reunification to the end of increasing employment and decreasing recidivism. Participants receive individualized assessments and treatment plans that first address essential needs, including housing, treatment, mental health care, medical care, and access to health insurance and other public benefits to secure these essential needs.

Our toughest cases are combat veterans, those who wore our nation’s uniform in the cause of national defense. At a minimum, when our military returns home, we have a duty, a sacred obligation, to provide our airmen, marines, sailors and soldiers with the expertise and support to resume civilian life. Sharon’s NJRC veterans’ team is exceptional, fiercely dedicated, passionate to plan, execute, and respond to medical, mental health, and behavioral needs: please contact smcgreevey@njreentry.org.
