We have exciting opportunities at New Earth, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles dedicated to empowering at-promise youth. Check out these two positions: 1️⃣ Poetry/Writing/Music Program Facilitator (Part-Time):   - Engage and commit to teaching artistic skills to youth.   - Experience with at-promise youth preferred.   - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent teaching experience required.   - Must be a writer/poet with reliable transportation.   - Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and music production is a plus.   - Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.   - Join us in causing a cultural shift and transforming lives through arts and education! 2️⃣ Workforce Care Manager:   - Dedicated professional supporting youth impacted by the juvenile justice system.   - Deep understanding of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I program.   - Conduct intake assessments, provide career counseling, and job readiness training.   - Maintain participant records, facilitate referrals, and enforce intervention services.   - Four years of experience working with at-promise or system-involved youth.   - Training in trauma-informed approaches and Restorative Practices/Restorative Justice.   - Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.   - Be part of a team making a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals.
