We are excited to welcome Mike Soto as our new Director of Design! Mike brings over 20 years of experience in architecture, having worked with various product types including high-rise, podium, wrap, garden, senior living, and single-family homes. In his previous role, Mike was responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of projects, from early conceptual stages to construction, ensuring design quality control and managing city submittals. He holds a degree in Architecture from MTI College of Architecture & Engineering in Southern California. Outside of work, Mike enjoys sports car racing, traveling, and exploring new foodie spots with his wife, Elaina, and their Pomeranians. “What I love most about Summerlin®, is its accessibility and charm. With its beautifully landscaped streets, sporting events, shopping, or just enjoying a cocktail at La Neta Cocina. There’s really something for everyone.” We are thrilled to have Mike on board and look forward to his contributions to our team!

Last month Le Duong joined our team as a Senior Assistant General Counsel, Real Estate! Le brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, having previously served as a senior associate at Reed Smith LLP. There, her practice focused on representing clients in retail, office, and industrial leasing, lender financing for term and construction loans, and acquisitions and sales of commercial and industrial properties. Her litigation background, representing banks and financial institutions in consumer finance disputes, includes first-chairing a trial and securing a favorable client verdict. “Being new to the Summerlin area has been a wonderful experience! I've been enjoying all that it has to offer, especially the entertainment at Red Rock Resort and the excellent restaurants in Downtown Summerlin.” We are thrilled to have Le's expertise and dedication on board and look forward to her contributions to our projects and Summerlin’s award winning master planned community.

🎉🇺🇸 Summerlin® Council Patriotic Parade Marks 30 Years! 🇺🇸🎉 This July 4th, the Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade celebrates its 30th anniversary, showcasing a rich tradition of community spirit and patriotism. As one of the most anticipated events in Summerlin, the parade features spectacular floats, vibrant performances, and a festive atmosphere. It's a testament to the strong community bonds and the celebration of Independence Day in grand style.

We are excited to welcome Todd Calvin as our new Director of Construction! Todd brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and design industry  managing complex projects, creating strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and efficiency. His previous roles at Caesars Entertainment, UNLV, and MGM Resorts International highlight his ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects. Todd holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global. We are delighted Todd is bringing decades of experience building in Las Vegas to the team and look forward to him changing the skyline of Summerlin®.
