We are pleased to announce that the first patient has been dosed in the high-dose cohort of our Phase 1/2 trial of NGN-401 in female pediatric patients with #Rettsyndrome, and that high-dose NGN-401 has been well-tolerated thus far. In addition, low-dose NGN-401 continues to demonstrate a favorable safety profile.
