What an honor to welcome U.S. Embassy Australia Ambassador Caroline Kennedy to exchange ideas about U.S.-Australia collaborations in cancer research! During her visit, she met with NCI Director Dr. Kimryn Rathmell and Dr. Aimee Kreimer about NCI’s 1-dose HPV vaccine trials in Costa Rica. She also toured NCI’s Laboratory of Cellular Oncology with Drs. Doug Lowy and John Schiller, whose research led to the development of the HPV vaccine. Thank you, Ambassador Kennedy, for your unwavering support and efforts to #EndCancerAsWeKnowIt.
