#TheVillageatOrchardRidgeVA has been fortunate to have a dedicated group providing exceptional therapy services for years as contract providers. Their outstanding leadership and results have led us to integrate these services within NLCS and Orchard Ridge. A warm welcome to our "new" Orchard Ridge team members, and a heartfelt thank you for your unwavering commitment to our residents. #PT #OT #speechtherapy Steven Nastasi, MBA B.J. Custer

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a pivotal day in American history when the last enslaved African Americans were finally informed of their freedom in 1865. This day symbolizes the triumph of the human spirit and the enduring hope for justice and equality. As a faith community, we reflect on the importance of freedom and the unwavering belief that every individual is created in the image of God, deserving of dignity and respect. Juneteenth reminds us of our shared responsibility to support one another on the journey toward a more equitable world. #Juneteenth #FreedomDay #UnityinDiversity

Last week we had the honor of celebrating the new residents of The Villas at The Village at Rockville with a ribbon cutting and luncheon. The Villas offer single-story living and feature the height of elegance and style. Two different floor plans – The Woodmont and The Lakewood – boast thoughtfully appointed high-end finishes, generous storage space and a private patio. The NLCS Home Office and The Village at Providence Point teams celebrated our #GreatPlacetoWork certification with an old fashion ice cream party with all of the fixings. Since we spend a lot of our time in the communities, we don’t come together that often. When we do, it’s always sweet laughter! A special shout out to Latrice Wright of Wright’s Cakes for the ice cream shaped cake pops, too. #HonorInspireSupport
