Narmi’s integration with Corelation, Inc.'s KeyBridge API has allowed credit unions to unlock a new level of service for their members. In this video, see how we’ve used Narmi Functions to build an automated email flow that sends personalized offers of the next best product to new users. Using KeyInsight as a source of truth, the Narmi Function generates a relevant offering after being triggered by user login. That offer is then populated into the channel of the FI’s choice, including text or email. Narmi Functions then also updates the KeyInsight module with an interaction record, which automatically refreshes data and allows for increased visibility.
