This morning, Ryan Park, nominated for the Fourth Circuit, will appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee. If confirmed, he would be the first AANHPI to serve on the court. A brilliant litigator with a long record of public service, Ryan is eminently qualified to serve. NAPABA calls on the Senate to fairly evaluate his record and advance his nomination swiftly.
Today, President Joe Biden nominated North Carolina Solicitor General Ryan Y. Park to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. If confirmed, General Park would be the first Asian American to serve on the Fourth Circuit. For more info, please see our statement here: https://lnkd.in/exHCjY6a
