The World Vitiligo Day conference is something I look forward to every year. I have vitiligo and work in the field. I know how rare and special it is to get to hang out and become friends with the world’s leading researchers and dermatologists in vitiligo - and I cherish the friendships I have built with them and my fellow vitiligans. We don’t use the word “patient” or “disease” for vitiligo but we know it’s an autoimmune condition that is much more than skin deep. Probably the coolest collaboration between industry, KOL’s and specialists, and patients I have seen. Here are just a few pics from the weekend.
