Yesterday, the mParks Board of Directors and Staff participated in the first work session for an updated Strategic Plan. The planning process began with in-depth interviews with mParks members, leadership team members, key partners, and stakeholders. The group analyzed the results to discuss priorities for moving mParks forward. The next steps will include reviewing a draft Strategic Plan and then implementing it at September's Leadership Team Retreat. ✨️Thank you to all who have participated in the process so far, and a huge thank you to our facilitators, Julie Hales-Smith and Patrice Martin. ✨️So many dedicated people and groups are responsible for mParks' success.
