We are excited to share the news that the Modsy IP and remaining team officially became a part of Lennar on August 30th, 2023! Lennar is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders and a longtime Modsy investor. Lennar shares our spirit of innovation and is the right fit for our people and technology. Our focus since our founding has been on using technology to help consumers see the world around them in new ways to help make decisions. Lennar is allowing us to do that at an even greater scale. We are eager to expand the capabilities of our platform to better meet the needs of homebuyers. Modsy's current team members have become Lennar associates and Modsy’s technology will be incorporated into Lennar’s expanding portfolio. As many of you know, following an assignment process into a new entity the Modsy IP and some of the team shifted from a consumer application in 2022 to focus on the core technology. Over this past year the remaining Modsy team has been hard at work developing the next generation of 3D technology related to the home.  We are thrilled to now begin our next chapter focused on this mission within Lennar!!
