Connor joined us almost two years ago as the Market Manager for Wisconsin and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. In his new role, Connor will oversee the delivery and day-to-day operations of services provided to Mind Shift’s business and community partners, candidates seeking employment, and specialists working with various business partners. As Director of Operations, he will manage all hands-on-operational aspects of Mind Shift, foster our unique culture and community, and contribute to the growth of our company.
