From Idea to Impact MIN-Corps is the University of Minnesota hub for technology innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialization. We provide commercialization education and coaching programs that help STEM students, postdocs and faculty develop the skills required to translate their innovations into product and services with real-world impact. MIN-Corps is a joint effort of the Technological Leadership Institute in the College of Science and Engineering, the Holmes Center for Entrepreneurship in the Carlson School of Management, and Technology Commercialization office in the Office for the Vice President for Research. We are a partner institution in the NSF I-Corps Great Lakes Region Hub.

A trio of engineers reinvented the wheel with their company Berd Spokes & now have won Olympic GOLD! 🥇 Two Olympic cyclists took home gold while riding on a bike that used the flexible, lightweight spokes created by CSE alums Charlie Spanjers, Brad Guertin, and Kyle Olson. It’s been a great week in Illinois!
Yesterday we wrapped up the 2024 Midwest Engineering Entrepreneurship Network (MEEN) hosted by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign! It was a fantastic two days of speakers, breakout sessions, and networking.
