Sometimes we need to push ourselves and others to see results. As much as I'd love to believe in the get rich quick scenarios, they just don't exist. Now, that doesn't mean you can't love what you do and be successful, of course you can! However, there is usually work involved, even if it's work you love. Do what it takes to get the job done, and do it with with dignity and respect to others.     I was so excited to attend the U.S. Small Business Administration awards for #Vermont and watch Marie Pavini MD FCCM, and Healthy Design - Exersides be deemed winner of Manufacturer of the Year! They also won the SBA New England Manufacturer of Year as well! Marie Pavini, MD FCCM FCCP is one of the early experts in the field of bedside medicine, that is, restraint, sedation, delirium, and post-intensive care syndrome (PICS). She has been a critical care physician for more than two decades and is the innovator and early researcher for many of Healthy Design’s innovations.
