Four of our MTSD educators recently traveled to Phoenix, AZ for the 2nd Annual Building Thinking Classrooms Conference! The 2-day conference featured Fireside Chats with Educator & Author of the book "Building Thinking Classrooms," Peter Liljedahl. Attending educators also enjoyed keynote addresses, participating in breakout sessions & a variety of engaging workshops where they learned many new ways to enrich their students' education in their very own classrooms! This team is excited to return & share the new ideas & practical strategies they discovered with their fellow MTSD educators 🧠

We’re looking for an enthusiastic & organized candidate to join our Student Services team as a Student Services Secretary! Support Student Services in a a variety of areas including special education, gifted education, nursing, guidance & English as a second language. Coordinate & manage both contracts and agenda items for Student Services School Board Committee meetings. Additionally, the Student Services Secretary will be responsible for overseeing the finalization of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Gifted Individualized Education Plans (GIEPs).
