𝙀𝙈𝙋𝙇𝙊𝙔𝙀𝙀 𝙎𝙋𝙊𝙏𝙇𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏: Noy Vongkaenchan 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲? One of the things I love most about working at Milan is the strong connections I’ve built with my coworkers and Clients. Laser hair removal is definitely a confidence booster and as a Provider, I’m able to work one-on-one with my Clients to make a difference in their lives. I am also able to perform my best because of the collaborative environment and supportive team. 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆! When I joined Milan in 2017 we had only 14 Clinics. Now with 368, it is fascinating how much we have grown together, never losing sight of Client and employee experience. From the beginning, everyone has been incredibly kind and supportive, and I'm thankful for the relationships I've built. Despite being part of a large company, I still have my small, close-knit team, which I believe is the best of both worlds. What sets Milan apart is their strong commitment to excellence. Throughout our journey of growth, the many changes we have undergone have brought about positive transformations. As a Provider, I am thankful for the work-life balance I have at Milan. It’s allowed me to indulge my love for travel while pursuing a fulfilling career! From 14 Clinics to now being a nationwide company without losing sight of Client and employee experience I am beyond proud to be a part of the #MilanMagic.
