Here are 6 TRANSITIONS that are PRIME for building a community — 1 - College —> Workforce The jump from college or university to the workforce can be daunting. Having a community for this transition could be built around securing job placement finding internships resume building networking — 2 - Single —> Relationships There’s a reason that dating apps are huge. But there’s more to partnerships than, uh, swiping. People who want to find a partner People getting married People getting divorced People getting remarried These are all TRANSITIONS made for meeting people on the same path. Having a community for this transition could focus on healthy attachment styles love languages navigating dating apps blended families And so many more… — 3 - Workforce —> Retirement Transitioning from a career to retirement involves adjustments in lifestyle, income, and finding new ways to spend time and maintain a sense of purpose. A community here could be about— creating a real-life bucket list finding ways to give back financial planning for late life-stages swapping hobbies with others — 4 - No Children —> Children The birth or adoption of a child changes everything. Your first child changes your responsibilities, daily routines, and long-term planning. For this on especially, parent-to-parent collaboration and support would be HIGH value for members. — 5 - Moving to a New City Moving means adjusting to a new environment, building new social networks, and sometimes adapting to a different culture. A community for this transition could support newbies in big cities, help people make local connections, or provide support and encouragement for adapting to new locations. — 6 - Starting a Business New business ventures require significant time, effort, and financial investment, along with navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs also need partners, employees, and customers. If you’re not in an entrepreneurship community or mastermind, you’re missing out. A community for new business owners and founders could create needed space to workshop sales, hiring, systems, whatever. — See how VALUABLE it is to help someone who is in a TRANSITION? Now it’s your turn to try it out. We made something EASY for you to play with TRANSITIONS👇 (Link in first comment)

How realistic is it for you *really* build a $1M community? At @mighty networks, we have people joining this path EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. And there’s just 9 simple steps to make it happen. Let’s tackle the first one: PICKING YOUR IDEAL MEMBER. This is the person who needs your community, courses, challenge, or event RIGHT NOW*. (*and we’re not yelling at you. We’re just making the point you are going to want to find the MOST motivated people to seed your new $1M community.) -- Ever heard the advice to “start with a niche”? There’s an EASIER way. Do this instead 👉 Start with a TRANSITION. — Why a TRANSITION? Because when someone is in a transition, they are MOTIVATED. ⭐️ To join new things ⭐️ To show up ⭐️ To contribute ⭐️ To pay :-) ⭐️ Then, to tell everyone they meet about what you’ve built (READ: bring new members in for free) — But which TRANSITION do you want to serve? Start by looking at YOUR OWN transitions. 🌐 Which ones were the most important to you? 🌐 How did you navigate them? 🌐 What would you want people to know about them? 🌐 How important would it have been to you to meet people on the same path? Start here. And we’ve made it even easier for you to find yours. — Look to the first comment to get the link to our FREE Masterclass, People Magic Profit, where we’ll show you just how easy it is to find your IDEAL MEMBER👇

We made a podcast. It's been featured – and now it's #2 on the Business charts. That's great, but it's not why we made it. We made it so ANYONE can create the most valuable asset available in business. It's the asset that comes when you don't just build an audience, but create a network of people that gets more valuable to every member with each new person who joins. It's called a network effect. But we just call it people magic. And we want to show you exactly how easy it is to build your own.

I build transformative membership communities for entrepreneurs and executives. ✨

Just a little over a year ago, Inc. Magazine launched the first-ever digital home for the #Inc5000 community (on Mighty Networks!). Following Mighty's #CommunityDesign course helped us anchor our work with monthly themes that define weekly actions. I just got off our monthly Kick-Off call, which is an Office Hours meets Mastermind session, and this month's theme happened to be "Igniting Creative and Agile Thinking." An hour always seems to fly by when facilitating a "room" full of #Inc5000 founders and CEOs (and Chief Adventure Officer Robin Pollak!!), and I'm always blown away by their generosity in sharing their stories and expertise. Here's just a few things I learned from today's conversation with the founders and CEOs of America's fastest-growing companies: On "Where do you find creative inspiration in your daily life?": Noelle Cordeaux shared, "Creativity comes from joining groups of individuals who are doing impactful things in the world. Role modeling and speaking up about our work helps inspire creative thinking in others." Pooneh Mohajer emphasized, "I'm inspired by other entrepreneurs. Hearing their stories and how they approach their business challenges motivates me to apply similar creative strategies in my own company." When asked "In what ways do you encourage agile thinking within your team or organization? What practices or frameworks have you found effective?": Jonathan Tofel shared how his team constantly challenges their processes through regular hackathons, pushing for faster, better, and smarter ways of working. This practice encourages a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Natasha Miller highlighted the significance of developing proprietary systems within her company that streamline operations and foster scalability. This approach allows her team to manage large-scale projects efficiently while staying agile. This community is an endless wealth of knowledge, and I'm excited to soon see this session recapped on Inc.com, where aspiring entrepreneurs and other #smb owners can learn from this incredible group.
