Exciting Times for Middleville Engineered Solutions! 🚗🔧 We're thrilled to announce that the iconic West Michigan manufacturer, formerly known as Middleville Tool & Die Co., has evolved into "Middleville Engineered Solutions LLC" post our acquisition by the esteemed metro Detroit private equity firm, Green Light Growth Partners. This rebranding not only mirrors our enhanced focus on welding and complex assemblies but also underscores our dedication to delivering superior engineered solutions within the metal forming industry. Our CEO, William Blanton, reflected, “With the transition to Green Light, it felt like the perfect moment to rebrand as our emphasis has increasingly shifted towards being an engineering-centric firm.” Established in 1966, MES has a rich legacy in producing stamped and welded assemblies primarily for the automotive realm. As we move forward, we're not only retaining our fantastic team of around 150 professionals, but we're also on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our ranks. Josh Schulze of Green Light Growth Partners commented on our partnership's potential, “MES’s unique engineering approach has always led to success. We're keen on amplifying these strengths and pushing for greater growth.” As we embark on this promising journey, our commitment remains intact to our legacy, long-term employees, and the community. Here’s to the future, innovation, and preserving the essence of a company that has thrived for 57 years! #MES #EngineeringExcellence #Acquisition #AutomotiveIndustry #NewBeginnings
