Mesh Overlay Design

Mesh is excited to announce our new relationship with the United States Golf Association (USGA) which began with this year's 124th US Open in Pinehurst. Our team assisted the USGA with fan centric and hospitality visualizations as well as on-site aerial photography.  We have thoroughly enjoyed watching spectators experience such an incredible event so close to our home base in Raleigh. Our team has already started the planning process for the 125th & 126th editions and we look forward to expanding our overlay services for future US Opens!

Mesh is honored to have delivered our sixth PGA Championship, especially one that set records for hospitality sales and build size. Along with the golfers and patrons, we enjoyed our time at the beautiful Valhalla Golf Club over these past couple months and appreciate the support of everyone we worked alongside of to bring our designs to life. Mesh is also celebrating an extension of our contract with the PGA of America for services for the KPMG Women's PGA Championship, the Senior PGA Championship, the PGA Championship and the Ryder Cup through 2029. We look forward to continuing to advance and support these incredible Championships.

Our first Derby is in the books and what a weekend it was! Mesh was honored to participate in the planning, design and on-site operations of the 150th Kentucky Derby over the past 10 months and our team is already looking forward to the 151st edition.  A special thanks to the hard-working Derby Operations Team, Churchill Downs Racetrack Staff and the numerous planning partners we worked alongside to make this event such a success.  📷Bo Baumgartner

Mesh is excited to announce that we have added the WM Phoenix Open to our list of clients. We were fortunate to have worked with them on developing an enhanced fan zone for their 2023 event and continued our work this year by documenting their temporary infrastructure build with assistance from InProduction and PRO EM National Event Services. We look forward to supporting The Thunderbirds in their future endeavors to grow this incredible event!

The first marking stake for the 2024 PGA Championship has been placed in the ground at Valhalla Golf Club which officially signifies the start of our golf season! Our team is ready to begin overseeing our 8th round of Championships for the PGA of America which will take us to Kentucky, Michigan and Washington state this year. Our 5th CFP National Championship is in the books and we couldn't have been happier with the way the event turned out. The plan was executed flawlessly thanks to the incredible NRG Park staff as well as the amazing CFP planning partners that we work alongside of. Thank you to College Football Playoff for continuing to trust us with the overlay planning and operations for your event, and we cannot wait to get started next week on Atlanta!

Happy Holidays to all of our friends and family from the Mesh Team! We are extremely thankful for an incredible 2023 with all of our clients and colleagues, and we cannot wait for what is to come in 2024. This next year will be our biggest yet and we will hit the ground running on the morning of January 1st in Houston as we prepare for the CFP National Championship Game.

Thank you to Churchill Downs Racetrack and Calhoun Construction Services for the tour of the in-progress redesign of the Paddock at Churchill Downs. Reimagined by Populous, the stunning new Paddock area will undoubtably enhance the heart of the fan experience for everyone visiting the legendary Racetrack. We are excited to continue our work in support of the Churchill Downs Events and Derby Operations team to design and deliver the event overlay plan for the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby.
