On June 10, Merrimack Valley Credit Union (MVCU) hosted its annual Charity Golf Classic at Atkinson Resort & Country Club, raising nearly $40,000 to support MVCU’s financial education programs. Sponsored by Synergent, the event benefits MVCU’s Financial Edge, a partnership with Banzai! that funds financial education in schools and offers training and digital tools to community organizations. “Thank you so much to all of the golfers who joined us for a beautiful day on Atkinson’s wonderful course,” said MVCU President & CEO John Howard. “And thank you to all of our sponsors who helped us raise money for our financial literacy program, Financial Edge.
