Way to go, Jamie! Congratulations on your Shield of Excellence Award! 👏 An out-of-town patient faced a predicament after being hospitalized without his medications, which were left in his vehicle back home. In an act of compassion and kindness, Jamie reviewed his insurance coverage, collected the prescribed medications, and stayed late to personally deliver them to the patient’s bedside. Thank you, Jamie, for making our patient’s experience so much better! 💙
